Adorable!! I've got 2.5 months to go before we have a little guy of our own. Surreal!
Congratulations! Having just been there (6.5 month old baby), I'll offer what little knowledge I've gleaned (though I'm sure you're swamped with advice): Minimize diaper changes at night. As long as the baby isn't upset by the wetness, changing only wakes everyone up and makes it take longer for the little one to get back to sleep. I didn't figure this out for a month or so and every night it felt like I was preparing for a siege. Now, she wakes up halfway and makes hungry noises, she nurses and falls back asleep, and life is peaceful.
